• Promote discrimination or illegal activities
• Upload copyrighted or stolen images
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or misuse the application
• Use the app for escorting, solicitation, or commercial services

Violations may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Premium features are processed via RBI-compliant payment gateways
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• Auto-renewal terms are disclosed at checkout

6. Intellectual Property

All application content, branding, and technology are owned by RainbowKnots Technologies. Users retain ownership of their own uploaded photos and content.

7. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or deleted due to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraud or spamming
• Fake profiles
• Harassment or safety threats

Users may delete their account at any time.

8. Liability

RainbowKnots is not liable for:

• Harm resulting from user interactions
• False information posted by users
• Service downtime or technical issues

Use of the application is entirely at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
