evaluated and processed.
1. Are subscription payments refundable?
Once a subscription or premium feature is activated, payments are non-refundable, except
where required by law.
This includes partially used plans, auto-renewals, and one-time purchases such as boosts
or spotlight features.
2. How does automatic renewal work?
Premium subscriptions may auto-renew depending on your app store settings.
You may disable auto-renew anytime via Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Turning off auto-renew does not refund previously charged fees.
3. What if a payment was incorrect or unauthorized?
If you believe a charge was unauthorized, fraudulent, or incorrect,
contact us at support@rainbowknots.com within 7 days of the charge.
We will investigate and may issue a refund where applicable.
4. What happens in case of technical issues?
If a verified technical error on our side prevents access to purchased features,
a partial or full refund may be granted at our discretion.
5. How are app store purchases handled?
Purchases made via Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchases are subject to their
respective refund policies.
Refund requests may need to be submitted directly through the app store.
6. What happens if someone abuses the refund system?
Users attempting to misuse the refund process may face suspension, permanent account
bans,
or loss of access to purchased features.
